Dude, honestly I think it really is a sick deal, especially with me paying the down payment for whoever buys it… The neighborhood is reaalllyyyy not that bad either… it IS next to not so good areas but its also like…direcctllyy across from union college which obviously is a great area… I’ve done so much work to the house too, updating it and shit, if you updated the kitchen the house would be fucking baller. PLUS im gonna leave the full gym and tanning bed in the basement just because im too lazy to move all of it lol… unless someone doesnt want it for some reason… I was told the garage would be real easy to make bigger too.
