I have opened up a shop for my own personal use. I share it with another member on son. Im going to have 4-8-12 month leases avail, for a mere $300 a month. Located in ST. Catherines. I few members have expressed intrest. I need concrete intrest from two people. A few sonlings are already down. I will be conducting interviews to intrested tenants. Ive been burned before by letting just anyone in. Now, references would be a great asset aswell.
