geez… there are definately scumbags in engineering, i was in for a year and a half, and i was surprised to see some of them still in it. amazed at how many people cheat

The cheater deserves a little more punishment than a 0 on one lab report if you ask me. Academic probation, suspension for a semester, F in the class all come to mind. Cheating shouldn’t be taken so lightly if you ask me… or there will just be more with the attitude like CaviMike

Actually, yes, because I use Leopard and have Time Machine enabled so I could bring my external hard drive and show every revision I made to the lab report for every hour of last week.
I don’t want to pursue further action. Revenge is ultimately futile pursuit. I have nothing to gain from it, and I really need to continue studying for finals.

He’ll end up having to work in industry, pretty much intellectual/social purgatory for any new chemical engineering graduate.
