for one it’s Ti, and it’s easier to change the diameter of the pipe as the length progresses for exhaust scavenging and there would be a huge pile of waste if you bought a bunch of bends and started cutting them up. ---

i actually like it… and i agree… that using TI bends would really suck and cost a tone of scrap… its gonna be a BITCH to weld 100 % though… it would almost be ~ 8 inches of welding per pie cut if its a 2.5" pipe… so it will easily be a couple dozen feet by the time he is done… and a WHOLE lot of heat ---
