This sometimes happens even after someone has run the title, but the certifying attorney’s E&O policy will cover it. hummm it is krieble. i know there are a few rights, maybe three main ones? they are checking on gas? but i think the coal rights are long gone (the area has been strip mined) … so they are checking into proper ownership and are going to attempt to properly title it. Do you have any suggestions or things i should have them confirm or look into before moving forward?
