whooaaa. its been a while since an update to this. got the fuel lines, brake lines and tank out. trunk piece is welded in. it looks pretty good. also welded up the holes in the strut tower from those stupid adjustable upper control arms. ![http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j277/fox88nick_2006/CIMG0325.jpg](http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j277/fox88nick_2006/CIMG0325.jpg) ![http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j277/fox88nick_2006/CIMG0324.jpg](http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j277/fox88nick_2006/CIMG0324.jpg) yesterday we moved the car to my dads buddys shop to get ready for paint. today i got the doors off and the back glass is out. the front windsheild moldings are removed. i will be getting new oem moldings. the aftermarket ones from safelite were garbage and didnt line up anyway. dad and i did some sanding today. the roof, and the sides are pretty much done. i scuffed all the door jams. tomorrow my plan is to wire wheel the inside to get any left over glue/pieces of sound deadening, and preping the engine bay. friday the engine bay and interior will be sprayed. as for the exterior there is only minor body work. couple little dings in the doors. and heres a pic of dad sanding the roof in his silly hat haha ![http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j277/fox88nick_2006/CIMG0328.jpg](http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j277/fox88nick_2006/CIMG0328.jpg) ---

dude. this turned out so awesome for a budget paint job he’s serious, he showed me like 4 half full cans of paint in his basement that looked like 20 years old, i was shocked he was going to use them, but it turned out fucking great! ---
