NO! do they get it…yes ---

NO! do they get it…yes well with the taxes that were in place prior to the cut… it was hard for a big business to get… bigger… because of this… so they had to find a way to save money without downsizing / cutting away… so they went off shore… is it ethical… maybe not… is it legal… yup. secondly… if i could register my car in fayette county just to avoid emissions testing, i’d do it in a second… just to make a real life comparision. ---
