i would call a lawyer i cant imagine nys or wherever could garnish 51% of your pay you do have to be able to survive but i have no idea…but it is admirable that you are handling your business like a man ^^^^lol at your post i can just imagine the smile on your face after that call ---

in short, no. she cant give up the child’s right to support in nys without a court order. Child support isn’t for the mother, it is for the child, that is why the court determines it ---

it distrubs me that you think it’s normal/common practice to not use protection outside of a serious relationship… what’s your plan against STDs? do you ask them if they are clean, or just infertile? ---
