But I have heard mixed reviews of course the people who don’t make it are not exactly unbias. ---

The insane turnover rate is what kind of scares me. I dont mind a strict HR department and in fact I prefer it, as long as they are fair. what I cant stand is when the HR department acts like they are god. I have previous management experience so I doubt I will have any problems dealing with customers (no im not looking for a management position but it would be nice lol). Basically just looking to switch fields. I absolutely love my job and the people i work with. But the whole blue collar thing is getting fairly old, and job advancement seems to be a little stagnant. At least for the moment. ---

Why not trying going back to school? I doubt many people make decent money working at Geico ---
