i’d part it out. lots of guys could use those parts to finish their projects and then sell the chassis to some guy who wants to build his own mill. I bet you could get your 10k or better from doing that and not have to sit on it any longer trying to sell turn key. more work on your end obv. but it could get the money comin’ in
