i love my e46. its painfully slow, but i do a lot of driving for work and its super comfortable and handles well/still fun to drive AND gets 31-33MPG on highway…5sp/sport package are a MUST. There are SO MANY 5 series in the $4500-7k range…however, i know of 3 instances of people i know buying an E39 in last year and they all already got rid of them…if youre getting a car worth $10k for under that…its a horrible piece of crap stay away. ---

^Atta boy! My decision came from the fact that I’d have to store a car in my small garage driveway, Prizm in the summer and XXX in the winter. Plus, this would be my first season in a LONG time that I wouldn’t be on two wheels, that made me sad. ---
