When going in for service the customer is still going to get it replaced. Why? Because the main parts of the car/truck are still covered forever. Big whoop if I have to change a oil/water pump. Pennies compared to a engine or a tranny. I think its a great move, not to mention if Chrysler is or will be going out of business this will get them out of the hole. As sailor mentioned above, would be a hellova beater to have.
