+1 same thing in my Toronto complex.
i had a similar problem about neighbours hating. just because i had the biggest parking spot in the underground that i can park 2 cars one behind the other. i have a crx and a 240 parked that fit perfect and is in no ones way… but my FAG neighbours would tell the landlord and he would send me letter saying that i need to plate both cars and pay 30 a month. i went to speak to him and told him im 17 and i cant afford to give you 30 a month so he allowed me to keep them there as long as there were plates on them and ppl now cant say shit… im down there working on them and no complains :)…
i say go st8 up to your neighbours and tell them to their face “whats your problem??” i did 😛 cuz they were cheesing me

Have a copy of the by-law at your front door and whenever one of your neighbours is doing anything else but exiting their house to walk to their car. Check to see if they are doing anything wrong. lol
If that doesnt work then flaming paper bags of dog shit on the suspepcting houses door steps will suffice. 😃
If you want ideas on what to do to them once you narrow it down to the specific house PM me lol

Well I called her multiple times throughout the day, left a few more polite messages. Going to try some more after I get out of class (where I am right now lol).
As for the plates, not going to happen anytime soon, being as the motor and transmission arn’t in it, lol.

I tried that once, and somehow, the police ended up at my door…telling me I could be charged with fraud or something like this. Anyways, I finally got a hold of the bylaw officer in question. I explained to her my situation, she wants a photocopy of the ownership to validate the year of the vehicle…then the file gets closed…WIN. So, I’ve won the battle… but I have a feeling the War is yet to finish.

I know, but I still want revenge… Law abiding, tangible, nothing they can do about it because it’s fully within my legal rights R E V E N G E. Not slashing tires, but more towards watching calmly as they get jammed by something they are powerless over, and I sit on my front lawn drinking beer, with a big smile on my face as I watch them get jammed.
