# civic exhaust fitment question

I own a 94 civic ex 2dr auto
A guy I work with owns a 96 civic ex 2dr auto.
He is selling the part in between the cat and the axle back flange.
I know they are different generations but will this part fit my car?

The 2 b-pipes should be the same.

Oh ok, so the pipe from the cat to the axle back is called the B-pipe. And your saying it should be the same…

very cool.
he said he couldnt use it because his cat flange has 3 bolts while the b-pipe he bought has 2 bolts. i pretty sure my cat flange only has 2 bolts

An ex should have a 3 bolt flange for the cat on the b pipe. If it only has a 2 bolt flange, it was a dx/lx pipe and will not work
