my 89 teg used to do the same thing…but when the motor was under some kind of load(ie. headlights on) it wouldn’t do it, so i rocked around with the headlights on all the time problem solved! ---

Sounds like the civic is a pile, by visiting a lot ,do you mean like sleeping over? I could be that you have a gay neighbor especially the one that drives the S2000… ---

Send Kevin Williams over to verify the problem and sexual orientation of neighbors. I bet he could find out whats wrong with the car and know all the back story in one quick search of honda tech. ---
