I thought this was one of the poorer model launchs… but the car itself is about as impressive as anything that Honda Corporate gets behind. :tup: Even though I’m not a big Civic fan. 😛

I will probably give the new civic a test drive when I start shopping for autos…
Don’t think I would buy one tho… It’s too “kiddy” for me.

The new Si is pretty cool. 197 hp is nice. TQ is shitty though.

its not a big number, but the curve is flat from 2k to redline. we both know you cant look at just peak numbers.

this is a stock k20 (the same one thats in the new si) vs a k20 (type R yo) with basic bolt ons

Flat torque is great, but I would love to see a bigger number there. Obviously, a 2.0 is not going to make that much NA. I have to drive one though to get a better feel for it. I’ve always had cars with equal or more torque than HP. I love being pinned back in my seat.
