You got that backwards it’s classic needs inspection but no emmision antique does’t need nothing

not saying your wrong, but im pretty sure thats what went down in the notary…

now yall got me thinkin, ill check tomorrow w/ mary.

Trust me I have to get my Caddy insp. every year. Stilll gotta dig out the title to see if it has an “R” title
