# climate control

Hey guys,

My 97 Maxima has a manual climate control but I wanted to add the climate that you can set it on auto, the one that I have is manual fan control (eg. 1, 2, 3, 4). Would I need new wirings or can I just swap the current one out?

It’s a huge job. There is a sensor behind the front grille, near the windshield vent, a few motors to operate the mode changes, a different fan resistor, and other wiring. It can be done, but lots of parts and electronic expertise are needed.
