The other day I went to turn on my heat and nothing happened. I turned it up to 4 (max). I then found out that it will blow up untill 2 and then 3 and 4 don’t work. The actual heat works, its just the fan or wiring I’m guessing? Anyone have any ideas how to fix it? Its on an 89 240sx. ---

If you take off the glove box behind it you will see a plug, that controls the fan. I think its called a climate control switch?? i could be wrong on the name, but change that with a different one and your fan will work on all levels! Try to find somone with a parts car! ---

So you mean the little cubby box thing that goes in the middle, not my actual glovebox correct? I don’t have the cubby or a deck in my car right now so that would make it easy 🙂 ---

No, I meant the actual Glove box! Once you take it off you will see the switch with a wire plugged into it, I believe it has 2 screws one on the top and bottom. I had the same problem on my 89 240sx. ---
