# CNC Machinist

Im thinking of going back to school for CNC/Machinist.Anyone on here a machinist or have any opinions on this subject? I live in Olean NY and Dresser-Rand is local to me and they pay good so I think it be a good choice but at same time dont want to shell out the cash if I cant secure a job

If you don’t do drugs and you actually show up to work EVERYDAY with some good solid skills, you should easily be able to get a good job. You may start off low but if you show your value you will be valued/rewarded.
