# Codec from My Videos

I was wondering if any of you downloaded the right codec to get my supra vidoes to play. I got my new apple powerbook and the vidoes wont play on here under quicktime or windows media player. I might just try and install the Sony camera CD and it may have the drivers for it.

yeah, the software that came with your camera should take care of the problem.

should just be mpeg2 right?? i can’t remember.

Download the svcd codec, it’s about 100k. That should work, it worked for me.

i dont know apple…but if you cant get it to work check the apple website…or the website for the camera

who would have ever thought that the cd that came with your camera would have the appropriate drivers. :dunno:
