Than explain why during planned traffic stops, they just give out weak ass tickets and stare at inspection/registration? Unless, you are black, then you get searched. :retardclap

Also, what do you expect the cop to say? “Yea, we are told to ticket for revenue”. I’d make up some shit too.

BTW, my source -\> several attornies who are in court on a daily basis. They’d laugh at me if I told them that revenue isn’t the primary reason.
