# Comfy chair and end table

Chair is roughly 36" deep, 34"high, and 44" deep. The springs and cushions are still in great shape but the arms have gone a little flat.

Tabletop is roughly 23"x26", and 19" tall. This table is very solid, but the varnish has worn off is a few spots, and it probably has some dings.
