Things left to do: custom fuel lines, fabricate AC lines to fit, fabricate clutch line, find a cooling system, still a semi-ass load of wiring left, make an exhaust system for it, and reassemble the interior which is a gutted mess at the moment from battery relocation. For those who plan on doing this swap…get ready for a journey of obstacles. This is definately not your weekend swap. I may offer something in the future in building these for people for a super low cost of around 2k plus the cost of all parts and motor providing you provide a place for me to work on it. edit: seriously…check out owens website, he has a ton of pictures from his LS1 swap…and that doesn’t even portray half the fabrication of shit that needs to be done. Once again, he gets mad props now that I know whats involved with this swap. ---

Rumble Rumble says the open header LS1 FD!!! Big fucking ups to Chuck for the PCM tuning work to get this bitch to fire (stupid antitheft system kept killing it after a couple seconds and needed to be disabled). Many small things to still workout and reassembly of the interior still needs finishing. But other than that, Everything seems titties. 🙂 I knew my wiring work wasn’t fucked up. {pats self on back} This thing is so fucking cool, and want to bust a load on it. ---
