fucking start menue bar is at the top of the deskto how do i get back down to the bottom??

it’s tricky. You have to keep clicking on that gray bar, holding the mouse in while you are doing it, then drag it the whole way down to the bottom of the screen, and let go. I have seen people do this numerous times and it’s just a matter of keep trying.

right click on the whole bar some place that has nothing and see if the “lock the task bar” option is selected. If it is you have to unclick that first then click and slide…
