I couldnt make out the processes. Which one is taking the most resources.
If you dont know what your doing then don’t start shutting processes down.

About 3 or 4 of those are your video card drivers. I don’t really see anything that would be worthwhile to banish unless you have an older PC without 512mb of ram. Nothing is chewing up any CPU time that would really be slowing you down.
run msconfig and set up a selective startup, you can eliminate some of that stuff from starting up

good help is tough to find.
“switch to mac” … what a lame suggestion… at least go wtih something that will load on existing hardware and work… linux \> paper and pencil \> mac

man what i normaly do i go to the startup menu and look up all the program names on google to find out if its spyware or unnesesary. then just delete all the shit you dont need.

run “msconfig” and uncheck everything in startup tab, restart, problem solved.
