ok, been having problems with my parent’s computer(win98). the mouse pointer is non existant. i checked out the driver and it says the “mouse.vxd” file is creating an error in loading the mouse drivers. i reinstalled the mouse driver just in case that was the problem, and also ran windows setup, but it didn’t help. any ideas?

the message in the device manager box is “windows cannot load vmouse.vxd which loads the device drivers” it says to run windows setup again, but it doesn’t help. i’m thinking that its not a driver problem, its something within windows
