Lately I have been haveing the same problem with my computer and can’t figure it out. I keep on getting the pop up that says “window explorer has experienced an error…” and I click OK and then the other box pops up that says “Do you want to report this error”. I will report it and click the suggested solutions and it says there is not a known solution… This happens very often, sometimes I cannot even look at anything on the internet at all. I run a spyware software, and did all the windows updates and i still have the problem. So if anyone has any ideas it will be much appreciated.

Do you do anything to generate this type of error (IE does it happen after you run a program or close a program?)

What version of Windows do you have? How long has this been going on for? Did you install/uninstall any programs right before this started happening?

That’s a pretty general OS error, which is what Windows Explorer is… If you have any more information post it up and it’ll help us out a bit more…

No, the only think I can think of is I have weatherbug on my computer, but that has been on there for a while

I am pretty sure I have the most recent windows, I ran that update thing on my toolbar. No I didn’t do anything with any programs.

The only thing I can think of is it started about a month or so after i got FIOS. Other than that I haven’t done anything new.
