Ok, I know my fair share about computers…This is the first time Ive had to resort to asking for help…Screen was fine…Battery died…Put it back on the charger a few hours later, started it up…Everything on the screen is bigger, tryed changing the res. between 800 x 600 and 1024 x 768, and that doesnt help it…When I scroll down using my lapop mouse scroller thing it like jumps the page down instead of the normal flowing page, and the color isnt as rich as it usually is…What the hell did I do and how do I fix it? Thanks!🍺 ---

are you sure your battery died or something happened with your video card? Find your windows cd and reinstall the driver for your video card chances are thats what your problem is. Other wise change the color quality and the dpi setting back to normal. ---

Yep, sounds like you lost your video drivers. Check device manager first to see whats going on looking for unknown devices,yellow exclamation marks or red x’s. ---

Found out what I need is “Video Controller (VGA Compatible)” Cant find it anywhere… Gateway MX6426 Can someone help me out? ---

Video Controller is your video card. Only other thing VGA compatible is monitor drivers but that don’t matter cus it’s a laptop. If it’s a Gateway try [gateway.com](http://gateway.com) ---

same thing happened to chaz’s(first bass) computer…drivers got fubar’d. what ever came from this? get the problem fixed? ---
