I have a customer that is having outlook/exchange issues. About 6 of the 15 employees get reminders from the past year. These reminders only come up on Mondays, but they come up every Monday even when they dismissed them the past Monday. I ran “outlook.exe /cleanreminders” but it didn’t do shit. Has anyone seen this before? ---

at the workstations… run /cleanreminders as well as /cleanviews and /cleanfreebusy check the syntax, but all three are typically nessicary to get shit tight… ---

From what I remember about exchange, the free/busy switch is the one that actually checks the calendar for updates, and synchronizes the reminders, etc. Does the appointment show up on anyone’s calendar or just the reminder? Was it a recurring appointment? ---

I will try these, thanks The appointments(I think) were recurring appointments, and only the reminders show up, not appointments in the calendar. I just don’t see why they would only come up on monday. :dunno: I will try these other switches and let you know. ---
