My old Toshiba’s screen failed after about a year, it would flicker on and off when opened and change colors. Of course I bought it from CompUSA and they went out of business… I hooked my old monitor up to it and use it as a giant wireless hard drive now. If you are thinking about getting a new laptop I’d highly recommend Lenovo… I have had mine for about a year of everyday use as well as bringing it back and forth to school and it’s been awesome.
