- Looking to have a small walkway pad replaced
- 12x15 ft. pad poured in backyard as a patio
- Some sealer work

Let me know what you get. I have a 20x30 that I need poured. I have already cut the land and I am having stone delivered for the substrate. I have considered doing the pour myself but I am not sure I want to tackle something that large.

I did a 12x12 pad for our hot tub. Just that was a pain in the ass.

So far Mike’s guy and two others have made it, still taking bids but all the guys are pretty similar, comes down to who I like the most.

edit… They do much more than just pre cast steps, tons of flat work sidewalks pads etc.

^^ I’m actually having my porch redone through them. Tina is absolutely fantastic to work with as far as communicating goes and they were super prompt with getting a quote together for me within 24 hours. Definitely give them a call!

Not yet I texted him this morning, I’m sure he’s busy, I’d like to get this done by mid july so I’m not too pressed for time. I just finished the fence around the house so everything is really coming along!

So far it looks like Rob’s guy is in the lead (Funk). I was very surprised when they came out. The 4-5 other contractors I had added work on top of what I requested, such as 3 of the blocks in my driveway have hairline cracks, they all insisted they had to be replaced at around 400$ a piece, even though I’ve been reading on various sites and forums that an epoxy filler can be used, when John stopped by I showed him and he absolutely said they did not need to get replaced and he’d show me how to fill them, so for the same work that I wanted, he also gave me some new ideas and came in at 1000$ less expensive than the other contractors, still guaranteed on the books, so thanks Rob, looks like I’ll be good to go soon.
