Btw, is that $80 assoc fee included in the $500 you’re paying her for the first 10, or is that coming out of the new owners pocket as well?

Since the taxes are listed, I assume the assoc fee must be paid as well.

$500 goes to her.  
$80 goes to the condo association.

$580 total not including how you would pay the taxes.
