I was addicted to the bourbon chicken sub when they had it now im back to the buffalo chicken with hearty italian bread toasted. Since July I already have over 100pts. on my subway card. Those macadamian nut cookies are a blessing from god as well. ---

Wow Josh… I figure’d they had called you or something… Yea I’m sure you gotta go in there and pick up the free sub… and chow down. Their free sub promotion is kinda weak… seems like it’s 1 sub every month… so they are giving away like 6 bux a month… WhooooOooOoo… But at least Josh got their 6 bux this time. ---

Turkey, Tuna, or Veggie on wheat with vineger, baked lays, and diet lemonade. Fast food that is relatively healthy. I love the subway commercial where Jarod’s got like 8 6" subway subs on a table, sets down a big mac or whatever it is, and explains that the big mac has the same amount as all of the subway subs together. :tup: ---
