check out honda-tech there are some good step-by-step write ups with pictures, i did my del sol without any prior swap knowledge in a weekend. Very simple job

Yes simple, but beware of some hickups like MAKING SURE YOU HAVE A PILOT BEARING in the end of the crankshaft, which keeps the input shaft bearing from crapping out

plus you might need to rent a puller to get a auto flexplate centering dowel out before you install a pilot bearing (if it has one like the s13)

So like somebody above said, go online and get a swap procedure from someone nice who took the time to write it all down
