Hey, I’m all for locking the high risk offenders up forever. I’ve read enough on the subject to know that the only way to stop these types of criminals is to lock them up forever or kill them. The ACLU however is never going to allow either. The problem is our entire criminal justice system is designed on the idea that criminals can be rehabilitated.
