without reading the rest of the thread… don’t drive it. you’ll regret it. its not the snow that sucks, its all the fucking salt that they put down. it won’t make it any easier to sell your car, plus if u end up keeping it it just makes it a pita to work on cause all the bolts are gonna be seized on there. ---

drive it. dont tun the boost down, dont do anything but raise the suspension if that applies and put some snows on it. howie and i had a blast in my car on quite a few nights…every winter i loe when it snows cuz the car is great in it. that being said my car is going to be stored this winter. but thats because i am doing some work on it, and i needed another car anyways for the dog/business/in case the other car breaks etc. also you would be surprised how well the car holds up against rust. yeah the bolts might be hard to wrench on but it wont be that bad. paint is one point i have to agree with everyone on. i have been behind plows when ROCKS that got mixed up with the salt bin fell out and hit my bumper. kind of liek when someone on the 290 isnt paying attention and veers off the road and knocks some rocks back towards you EDIT (my poitn was this can happen any time of the year). it happens. paint cant be kept perfect forever. drive it. those who put their car away in the winter are just wasting good time to drive their car…yeah it is better to drive your car when you finally get it back after months of being away…but c’mon, you fell in love with a car, DRIVE IT. when you finally get a chance to bang jessica alba, to you only fuck 3 times a week so you dont loosen the puss up? nope you hit that shit till you pee pee gets sore. DRIVE IT ---

I say drive it. I drove my Talon last winter after my beater died a number of times. AWD donuts are soooo much fun!!! Just keep it clean like you wrote. ---

if you plan on keeping the car for a while…store it. ull regret it down the road if u don’t. and like others have said the amount of reasons to store completely out weigh the reasons to drive it. BUT… if you aren’t too serious about keeping the car and doing more to it. then screw it. drive it and have fun with AWD in the shitty buffalo winters that we get. Just don’t crash the damn thing. ---

are you keeping it for a long time? do you still see yourself in that car in 5 years? I got sick of keeping a car nice just so I could sell it and let someone else buy it and drive it year around.
