Currently, I have one pot, a knife, a collander.

Probably some aluminum foil.

I’m not opposed to acquiring more supplies.

Need ideas, Go.

Does not have to be vegan, but vegetarian preferred.

A nice eggplant parm? You could start with a very basic crushed tomato sauce from a jar or can and add fresh basil and seasonings. You could bread your own eggplant and oven cook it. Could grab a fresh pasta to cook up.

Couple +'s: Inexpensive, fresh ingredients are what will make or break this, everything can be made with the tools you have already.

You actually care about what you feed a girl before nailing?

Since it desn’t appear you have too much experience with this type thing, I say do the wegmans pre prepared dinner items. Make it look like your own.

?

profit.

The more i think about it I think it should be vegan… I can’t go into this without ever even trying it…

But it’s gotta be something inherently vegan, not something with a million substitutions.

I just remembered, you need to find out her don’t likes.

I took my girl to an itialian place and she asked me what I reccomended.
I said fettachini chicken alfredo (seems like every girl likes this) well, she didnt.
Thankfully she liked what I ordered and we just switched plates.

to a degree, my new plan is to make something vegan, then add cheese to it so it’s not fucking flavorless. haha.

Most people like fake boca chicken patties, so i can work around those…
