# cooled down the redline a little bit

so me and mikey busted out installing my heat exchanger today… only took about 3 hours start to finish, anyway all i need now is the upgraded pump and a bigger reservoir and a dual pass endplate and thats about the most i can do for cooling mods

anyway heres the pics

the cobra exchanger that was in there before

drove it home tonight and it’s not really gunna make a big difference in this type of weather but come summer time and a re-tune with seth this will deff show it’s big gains then :cheers::hsughw:

oh and for poeple who are wondering why we put it into the re-bar here is a pic of what it looks like if we just mounted it to the bottom of the re-bar

mine is completely flush with the bottom of the bumper and looks completely stock

oh and the old exchnager was 30 x 8 x 1

the new exchanger is 36 x 12 x 2.5

huge difference

yea the one i took off was a stock one for a cobra… the cxracing one is an EBAY one but it is amazing quality… check out there site the thing is awesome since it has it’s own filler neck and a petcock to drain the system…

i highly reccomend this unit… it’s the one i just put it in and it’s huge
