sucks.
i didn’t start paying attention to football until his last few years, and it was probably his frenetic rambling that kept me glued to the radio those first few years in lieu of TV broadcasts.

lol. i remember being 20 or 21, listening to a full game for the first time, going, “that fucker is absolutely batshit insane!”
don’t get me wrong; he could NEVER be the play by play guy when i listened to him. he mixed up guys on the field, and went off on wild tangents, but he was entertaining as hell, and contributed greatly to the entire concept of a “steelers nation”.

I was always the guy out of my friends that hated him, I thought he used to ruin games… sometimes I would laugh at his rants, but other than that, I could care less about him… I’m probably the only person on this site that really didn’t care for him, all u guys are probably ☹
