I’d like to say I feel bad for you Jesse but I dont. You knew the horn didnt work and knew your tires were bald so you were just asking for trouble. And considering all the BS that is happening with modified cars being targeted you think you’d make sure your shit is in order.
Personally… My exhaust is loud and I have a tie rod that is toast. If I got pulled over and had my plates taken away it would be my own fault for not addressing those issues sooner.

Isn’t there something in the HTA about them not being able to detain you for an “unreasonable” amount of time?? Almost three hours while on your way to work seems unreasonable to me for $220 in tickets. Worth looking up so you can site the section in court.

dammn thats gay… had that happin to me before…
“opperating unsafe motor vehicle”
car was to low, licence plate held on with zip ties, tire sticking out behond fender ( i had spacers bigger on the rear than the front )
they took all kinds of gay pictures with rullers and shit to show how low it was… BLAH BLAH BLAH… there were also other cops there that were checking out the car, and the cop says i have no problem with modified cars, i have a problem with people not doing it properly…
SOO gay… soo he leaves me there at the side of the road, TOOK my safety paper… and insurence… i drive home and he comes into my driveway like an hour later and says OHH YAA i have to take away your plates…
BY THE WAYYY never got those plates back… which i fucking paid for fair and square…
went to court… said i raised up the car fixed all the “problems” and sold it… and the cop was like ok fine since you were so respectful and polite when i pulled you over ill see what i can do…
got it dropped from 5000$ \>\>\>\>\>\> 100$
it was the most fucked up situation tho and TOTALLY such a fucking waste of time.
neways… where can i see this video clip of that inspection??

today in peterborough there where 3 cops sitting at a busy intersection light turned green they all quickly dispursed i came back to that intersection less then five minutes later they had three ppl pulled over

I can’t really defend what happened to you. You knew the problems with your car and decided not to fix them. Unfortuanately you got nailed for them. The problem I have is that the police should/could pull over any vehicle over 10yrs old, modified or not, and find way more things wrong with them than they found with your car. I think it’s BS that they limit these blitz’s to modified vehicle’s

i kinda get what the cops are after here… they are trying to get the modified cars first because a vast majority of them are hackd together with yarn and paste. but most of the population of cars trucks vans etc are just as worse. i have seen vans with no rockers. cars with kids jumping around in the back seat.duck tape holding body parts together(nascar viewers) stuff like that. just try to stay away from places you know where mod’d cars hang out.
