I’m totally confused and lost… Was this racial slur serious or was it meant to be funny… I’m sure EVERYONE has said at LEAST one racial slur whether it be against blacks, germans, mexicans, puerto ricans or idiots in general… why is this such a HUGE deal now? ---

The law actually protects your right to do so. as for the ban trigger, most forum software i know of allows for banning via IP, username, email, etc… seperately or all of the above. If I only ban your user name you can log in as guest. ---

I’ve heard them all and tend to use offensive names when I’m angry… I’m guilty… The double standard thing is the kicker… if a supervisor says something offensive, you’d most likely go to the next higher up correct? people grow close when they are all working together… they try to protect each other and help each other out. I’m not saying it’s good but it’s life. it’s messed up but seriously who was offended? Who seriously gets offended by racial slurs… because I’m SURE we’ve all said something at some point that someone would consider racist… ---

And members pick and choose who to harp on. But arguments sake, making all else equal, the owners/moderators of this site DO have the right to ban for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. That’s all I’m saying.
