Errrhherrmmmm this is me a year and a half ago pushin 275lbs:
And this is me now hovering around 175-180:
ha ha I’ve only got like bike shots as recent pics but they will have to do.

Not saying I dont wish you luck or youre gonna fail but Ive just seen it from experience. My parents used to have tons of exercise shit when I was a kid and never used it and the same with alot of people I know.
My mother ended up joining the gym a few years back and went on a diet last spring and lost almost 60 pounds in the past year and a half.

I was trying to say you should do a full knee, shin guard. I have some you can borrow if you want.

I ride Clipless platforms so my feet dont slip off. I’ve got a set of rockgardn knee/shin guards I prefer the knees alone better movement and a lot less hot to ride in. You know my previous comment was a joke/sarcasm too right? 🙂
