Advice you should consider if you really want the car:
Get car to Ray and tell him to look over the entire car and identify ALL problems
Prioritize list and have him fix necessary problems if money is an issue
Mod the car once and leave it. Enjoy it for what it is unless you are able to be a 3S mechanic. Not many are that capable.

The problem is the majority of cars seem to always have issues or never be complete. Most of the owners probably wouldn’t hate the cars so much if they were able to enjoy it.
3/S mechanic = mechanic that specializes in a 3/S. It’s a difficult car to work on.
