Hey guys,

Looking into a really nice house, BUT it currently has electric base heat and window a/c. I wouldn’t mind cutting some ceiling/wall holes for duct work, But I cant really seem to find an average cost. Im just looking for good reliable equipment, I am not really a veteran home fixer upper so I dont know how much or where to look.

Any one add to a home before and willing to give me a cost ??

Thanks for any help

I can take care of you. PM me and I will give you a call and come out and take a look at it for you. This is a great time of the year to get everything done, its slow and prices are generally at their lowest from now until around Easter.

PM me and I can discuss with you further.

Also, Pewter and BgBlock, thanks for the referral, much appreciated
