i can see the news now… “sky-on driver is killed today, crushed by the weight of what appears to be a giant tachometer, after a minor fender bender… police believe he was temporarily blinded by the 1.21 jigawatts worth of luminescence eminating from the gauge’s face, causing the accident.” 😃 ---

I try to do this drive once a year at least (I70/I44/I40). The absolute solitude is humbling. ---

I can still remember I-17 south of Flagstaff and north of Phoenix like it was yesterday. Sedona/Cottonwood was gorgeous. ---
