+1 on the service at Towne BMW. Have only had to get a few parts from there but considering my first time there I walked in looking like a homeless person they were extremely polite and professional. But ya why a range? To each his own I guess they just seem a little played out. ---

My dad bought another BMW because he missed going there. He knew everyone by name and they knew him. I guess that would happen if you are there that often. But he never minded it. Also BMW has a great maintance program, the car feels new after you get it back. Plus they always gave nice rental cars. ---
