So I’m curious. (Never read the actual lawsuit and what the stipulations were after winning) However I saw that the 91 restaurants that sued and won are able to operate at 50% capacity. Does that mean they don’t have to operate under yellow but rather just 50% while the rest of Erie County has to follow the Yellow rule and have no more than 4 people per table. ---

I think he’s questioning the 4 people to a table limit. That’s imposed in yellow, but not imposed against the restaurants that filed suit? I didn’t read everything but that’s what I’m interpreting his question to be. Are those restaurants who won the lawsuit able to operate still at slightly better tolerances than the rest of the county that’s following yellow zone restrictions? ---

I’m for this only for the reason of hearing a helicopter over my house every single weekend starting at like 7am and happening every 30 minutes or less. Suddenly my house is in a flight pattern and one where a helicopter can fly at like 1000ft above our homes. ---

I drove through prior aviation (or whatever it’s called now) to kill some time and let my sons look at airplanes and there were probably a dozen or so higher end vehicles with Canadian plates, with several more being offloaded from a trailer. I assumed this was the helicopter scam for rich people… ---

They have private helicopters making 30 minute trips while loading their vehicles on a car hauler which then waits for them when they get off the flight. Seeing as it’s not going through the main terminal for the Buffalo-Niagara Airport I’m really curious how much screening is happening with these people in terms of testing for covid and/or quarantining. If funny that the rich have a loophole while the rest can’t do a damn thing. ---

lots of people truing to escape Ontario right now. I know many. have spoken to people who chartered planes out of Toronto to BUF and have been in WNY for over a month. most are heading down to FL though. ---
