I see it a lot around here with little kids. No one is wearing a mask outdoors (Or most other places these days), including the parents. But without a doubt little kids continue to wear them, likely because they have been scared by parents and teachers that if they don’t wear them they will die or kill mommy. ---

I see a HS girl walk to school EVERY DAY, alone…wearing a mask. I feel so bad for her. Either she truly is scared to be be outside without it or she’s scared of the perception of being without it. Either way, that is a mental health red flag. ---

My company released their covid policy today. No masks if you’re vaccinated, totally on the honor system. I had rotator cuff surgery 2 weeks ago and will be 100% WFH for another 2-4 weeks but I’m sure I’ll hear about some drama in the coming days because it’s small place and obviously everyone knows who the anti-vaxers that have been loudly bragging for months that they’re not getting a shot but will show up with no mask.
