Yeah, he definitely has mange. I called the DEC and they asked if I had made any noise and how he responded. I opened the door right after I took that picture and he ran off, then looked back and kept walking. They said because he’s still scared of people they don’t do anything, and based on my description he’d probably be dead soon anyway. I work just off Sullivan, between Millersport and Audubon. ---

Poor pupp. Idk if it looks like mange. Mange tends to not be so localized. Seems pretty red in the picture too as to where mange is darker(could be wrong) i wonder if some asshat clipped him with their car. ---

I don’t think its mange. If he is in Williamsville, he may just have been bullied. ---

Coyote, has mange, has hair missing all around neck, head, and almost no tail hair left. The mere fact that he was out and about during daylight hours and he did not immediately bolt for cover when you made noise is a dead give away.
